Sand Snake

Sand Snake is a falling sand simulated take on the classic snake game. In this version, your snake eats sand apples and poops them out to grow. When you die, you turn to sand only to restart small again. Your sand remains stay until you burn them away.

Collect apples to gain a better score. Beware of bad apples.

Press

• Esc for settings
• F to toggle full screen
• Arrow keys to move the snake

Sand Snake is a prototype game made with my pixel simulated game engine. I'm working on a larger project currently, but wanted to take a week to produce something visible, and to test the creation capabilities of my engine.

Note: The engine uses GPU heavily for the sand simulation & lighting so this may not work on all machines.
